Questions
- What counts as an extraction?
- One document link, or one whole data room (DocSend Space or Papermark room) exported as a ZIP of PDFs. Failed extractions are not counted.
- Is tax included?
- Prices are shown before tax. Stripe adds VAT or sales tax at checkout based on your country and handles the invoice. Other currencies are localized automatically ($9.99, £9.99, CHF 9.99, ₹1099 for Pro).
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Yes, any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No minimum term.
- When can my fund get the Funds plan?
- It is being built now: domain-wide coverage and the fund forwarding address first, CRM and Slack connectors after, in the order the waitlist asks for. Joining is free, nothing is charged, and the first funds on the list are onboarded by hand at €79.99/month.
- Do you offer a one-off or day pass?
- Not today. Pro is monthly with no commitment, so a single heavy week costs one month. Tell us if a one-off option would matter to you.
